Pricing

How can I pay?

All major credit cards are acceptable. The subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (annual or monthly)

Do I have to enter credit card to sign up?

No, credit card is not required during trial period. Once you decide to subscribe, you will have to select plan and number of agents and provide your credit card details.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes, it is safe to use your credit card to make transactions via app or pakia official website page www.pakia.io. We are not liable for transactions not made within pakia app or website.

What is your refund policy?

There is a 14-day trial period and a free plan so you will be able to test pakia before you proceed to any payment. Once you subscribe to one of our paid plans, you are responsible for all charges in your account and there is not a refund on paid subscriptions.

Can I cancel, downgrade or upgrade my account?

Yes, you may cancel, upgrade or downgrade your subscription anytime. However, after canceling your subscription, your account will be downgraded at free plan and all your credits will be lost. In case you downgrade, your account will be donςgraded at the end of the payment period. In case of upgrade, the change is immediate and the additional service charges are charged accordingly.

What happens if I don't pay my subscription?

In the event of payment failure, the admin will be notified and we will attempt a new payment in a few days. If the billing attempts fail 3 times the account will be downgraded to free plan. Your data will not be deleted, but you will have limited access.

Should I pay if I request some extra features?

No, but Pakia Software Services holds the right to decide if and when it will be added. It is free of charge to propose extra features but it is not obligatory for us to develop them.

Do I have to download an app for using pakia?

No! Pakia is cloud so you just sign up and start working.

Does pakia follow the regulations of my country?

This version of pakia is universal and applies in several countries. Since this is Beta you could inform us by sending feedback and our development team will work on it as soon as possible!

Are my data secure?

We use secure data transactions using security protocols and we have activated only the latest protocols that are safe and that have no known vulnerabilities. Our servers are protected by the latest major attacks that have occurred from 2013 till 2017, certified by the standard methods of NIST, HIPAA and PCI DSS, scoring A+ in all tests that have been created by third party companies in order to ensure the security standard compliance.

What about my current data (customers, contracts etc)?

At this point you cannot upload your data at pakia, but this will be available in future updates. You will be able to upload customers and policies via xls or csv files.

Do you support accord forms?

Not yet, but we will work on that soon!

Do you provide customer support?

You may contact us via email or in-app message. We will help you overcome every difficulty you may face using pakia or answer your questions.

What if I need extra features?

You may ask for it and once it is done we will let you know!

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you may delete your account anytime. After deleting your account you will not have access anymore to your data.

Do I have to pay for extra users?

No, each plan has a limit on agents but not on users
